Senior IT Cloud Engineer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to help improve our Cloud & Automation capabilities for efficient management of our multi-cloud environment. The ideal candidate has strengths working with APIs, PowerShell/Python, Terraform, Azure, and GCP.

 This role has two shifts:  3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST

You Will:

• Implement and manage automation for public cloud, SaaS apps, RBAC, and on/off-boarding
• Assist with updating and securing Corporate systems (eg. Linux, Windows, Active Directory, SaaS apps, Network) 
• You will be a key player in our team, collaborating to troubleshoot network & systems issues, perform root cause analysis, and prevent similar reoccurrences
• Participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime of internal resources
• Perform other related duties as assigned

You'll Have:

• Strengths in public cloud architecture (GCP and Azure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking architecture (Vnet, VPC, LBs)
• Strong automation with APIs (Powershell or Python)
• Knowledge of Terraform for IaC
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Functional knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPCs, ACLs, security and troubleshooting. 
• Collaborative team player willing to learn new technologies 
• 4+ years’ experience supporting Engineering and other teams
• Strong troubleshooting of complex technologies (eg. Azure, GCP, DNS, routing, APIs, automation)
