About the job
Infosys is seeking a Recruiter. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible to attract, engage, and retain top talent in Mexico. You will work closely with talent acquisition leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in our recruitment practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within the Monterrey, Mexico City, GDL . This position may require travel within Mexico
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 1 year experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interview scheduling, offer roll out, and onboarding
  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish

Responsibilities
  • Source most suitable candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates, leveraging all available tools to track and measure effectiveness
  • Championing continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to Talent Acquisition bprocesses, policies, and strategies
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to devise and implement hiring strategies aligned with recruiting goals and diverse talent pipeline development, informed by Business Unit workforce planning
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to business leadership, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders on talent acquisition matters

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other tools to conduct talent heat maps
  • Interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function
  • High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious
