Senior Key Account Manager – JapanÂ
In your role as Senior Key Account Manager – Japan, you will be responsible for account management of Convera Japan’s key clients. Especially, you will:Â
- Liaise and manage account relationships with Convera Japan’s key clients. Â
- Maintain and expand clients’ businesses by securing existing portfolio as well as up-sell/ x-sell Convera’s new solutions to the clients, and achieve clients’ annual sales targets.Â
- Develop Clients’ annual/ quarterly/ monthly strategies, sales targets and KPIs, and track and make necessary adjustments.Â
- Plan, organize and lead Clients’ annual/ quarterly/ monthly/ weekly engagement cycles.Â
- Be the primary contact point and logistics management between clients and our internal stakeholders, and plan, lead and manage client-related projects as a project leader.Â
- Share clients’ strategy, pain points and opportunities to internal stakeholders, and engage them to lead projects to provide solutions to the clients.Â
You will ideally have:Â
- It is beneficial if you come with experience preferably in payments industry or financial services/fintech. You will come with strong business-to-business and solutions sales experience. You will have excellent communication/presentation skills across all media, as well as the ability to use technology (e.g. MS Office, web conferencing, search engines, reporting tools, and sales automation platforms such as Salesforce).Â
- Demonstrated success in managing clients as sales representative in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving targets and deadlines. Â
- Experience managing relationships with and driving revenue from existing client accountsÂ
- You will come with a strong understanding of consultative sales principles, and adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships. You will independent self-starter with a tenacious approach to a new business acquisition. Â
- You will have the ability to work autonomously in developing new business growth whilst liaising with internal account managers to effectively manage the continuity of our customer relationships. Â
- You will be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns, as well as the commercial impact of global news and events. Â
- Proven experience of working within and selling into multi-national global organizations.Â
- Language skill – Japanese: native level/ English: business levelÂ
- Consulting, Sales planning, Sales strategy development and Product management backgrounds are a plus.Â
