Job Description:
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end client engagement strategies across distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance & Brokers) to drive business growth through data-driven propositions, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs that maximize cross-sell/upsell opportunities and ROI.
Key Responsibilities1. Proposition Strategy and Design:

Develop a holistic and effective client proposition and strategy that drives business outcomes and maximizes ROI.

Identify business opportunities by leveraging comprehensive product proposition and client insights to lead the launch and implementation of client incentive campaigns, upselling, and cross-selling programs.

Lead the design and end-to-end development of client propositions and campaigns using a data-driven approach and in-depth analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional business teams (distribution channels includes agency, broker and banca, legal and compliance, operations, product, IT, finance) to launch seamless programs.

Conduct in-depth business portfolio reviews and competitor analyses to drive campaign strategies and increase client profitability through data analysis and segmentation methodologies.

Lead data-driven proposition development and implementation and identify campaign opportunities and mapping distinctive product propositions with target clients based on demographics and client needs to build sustainable and effective client incentive strategies.
2. Campaign Management and Implementation:
-
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client incentives and work with internal and external stakeholders on incentive communication.

Conduct campaign evaluations and ongoing monitoring to ensure effective implementation of client incentive and proposition initiatives.

Responsible for seamless communication with all distribution channels to promote client upselling and cross-selling programs.

Work closely with various internal stakeholders to optimize the promotion of client campaigns via online, offline, and social media platforms to enhance media efficiency.

Handle enquiries from frontline and proactively collect feedback from them to identify potential areas of improvement for future campaigns.

Design and deliver briefing materials, campaign presentations and sales kits for distribution teams.

Coordinate integrated marketing strategies across all platforms.

Design motivational programs and incentive schemes.
-
Maintain effective communication with frontline teams.
-
Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness.
3. Budget & Vendor Management:
-
Manage annual marketing and campaign budgets effectively.
-
Develop and monitor campaign spending across channels.
-
Select and manage external vendors and agencies.
-
Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverable quality.
-
Oversee vendor performance and relationship management.
-
Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
-
Review and approve vendor proposals and invoices.
-
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Job Requirements
-
10+ years in marketing/client engagement, with 8+ in financial services
-
Strong insurance/banking industry background
-
Expertise in proposition development, analytics, and project management
-
Deep knowledge of insurance distribution channels, especially agency operations
-
Advanced skills in areas like CRM, campaign management, and sales analytics
-
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
-
Fluency in both Chinese and English
