Job Description: Senior Manager - Critical Facility Operations

Work Experience, Roles & Responsibilities

1. Experience of Managing Critical facility Operations (CFO) of data centers.

2. Experience and management of resource deployment and operations in big admin facilities.

3. Technical knowledge of Maintenance of HVAC & Electrical Infrastructure.

4. Knowledge and experience of HVAC & Mechanical Infrastructure - PAC, Chillers, PAHU etc.

5. Knowledge and experience Electrical Infrastructure - Transformers, HT panels, LT panels, DG Sets, Inverters, Batteries, Relays, meters etc.

6. As a central resource, candidate has to have close co-ordination with all internal team members like Circle Heads, CFO resources in various Data Centre, Quality team and commercial team for billing.

7. As a central resource, candidate has to have close co-ordination with all customers for timely deployment of manpower as per agreed contract.

8. As a central resource, candidate has to have close co-ordination with all deployment agencies for deployment and replacement of Quality resources in different DC.

9. End to End Management and co-ordination on all commercial aspects of all CFO contracts i.e. monthly compliance closure and take acceptance from customer for billing.

10. Supporting Tendering team in preparation of costing sheet for any RFP & prebid requirements.

11. Support to Sales & Tendering for onsite assessment during preordering stage of CFO RFPs.

12. Ability and understanding of operations of electrical equipment in safe manner (Hands-on experience)

13. Awareness of maintenance practices to be followed for electrical & mechanical equipments.

14. Experience of Managing/supervising the activity of installation of LV / MV Switchgears, Transformers, Chillers and HVAC equipment's.

15. Should be familiar with Industrial safety practices. Awareness of using proper PPE while attending site work.

16. Shall be capable of supervising all maintenance activities for Substation Switchgear & Yards.

17. Shall be able to maintain & restore the Electrical Power immediately after breakdown.

18. Should be capable to troubleshoot the Electrical Problems in the network & Communication network.

19. Ability to handle team for Preventive Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment's etc.

20. Ability to handle Breakdown complaints & resolve the site issues.

21. Ability to handle Site Execution of Electrical & HVAC Projects as per customer approved Drawings.

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engg . with 10-12 yrs of Experience in Techno commercial roles in Critical Facility Operations, Data Centre, Facility Management etc.

Industry / Market - You can search from the Cooling and Secure Power Industry, Vertive, Stealman etc.
