Senior Manager, CXL Business Development

As Senior Manager, CXL Business Development at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for inbound and outbound marketing activities in the Data Center market segment with special focus on CXL. In this position, the individual will analyze segment and marketing data, as well as analyze, track, and develop strategies for Micron to further penetrate this segment. Individual can also expect to interact with internal groups to ensure the right products and support for the segment and evaluate opportunities for new products. The CXL Business Development Manager works directly with customers, sales teams and enablers to implement the plans to successfully grow the business profitably.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Guiding Micron strategic direction to insure Micron is the CXL market leader in all key Cloud and Enterprise customers
• Driving and advocating segment and customer needs within Micron and facilitating definition of solutions to fulfill these needs
• Setting direction for Cloud and Enterprise CXL memory portfolio in concert with the broader CXL strategy
• Developing and driving Business Plan strategic goals and initiatives for the segment with focus on CXL
• Creating, maintain market models for TAM, SOM and long-term forecasting
• Initiating and managing segment specific programs to improve customer happiness and business interaction
• Working with enablers to ensure that Micron has the right portfolio and is designed into relevant platforms prior to adoption from key end customers
• Establishing strong relationships to key technical customer contacts
• Actively contributing to product definition process and interacting extensively with Product Management and Product Architecture functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an engineering or related technical field required, MBA preferred
• At least 10 years relevant proven experience required
• Memory and customer-facing experience highly preferred

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$131,000.00 - $293,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
