Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of various IT Infrastructure projects within our organization. Your role will involve driving the successful delivery of complex projects, related to network infrastructure, data centers, cloud hosting, system upgrades, and security.

In this role, you will:

• Develop project plans, define project objectives, deliverables, scope, budget, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project milestones are met, including managing internal and external resources.• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively resolve any issues and obstacles that may arise.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and senior executives. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to relevant stakeholders.• Develop and implement project control mechanisms to monitor project progress, including performance metrics, budget tracking, and quality control measures. Take corrective actions as necessary.• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of project plans, requirements, specifications, testing protocols, and project reports.• Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, including network, wireless, servers, cloud, and security installations and/or upgrades.• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of infrastructure components, hardware, software, and services. Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.

We want you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.• Proven experience of at least 8-10 years or equivalent experience in IT project management, including experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.• Strong understand of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, security.• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate project teams.• Proven experience developing estimates and managing project budgets (expense and capital).• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail.• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.• Experience in stakeholder management, including managing client relationships and expectations.• Proficiency in project management software and tools.• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Total Rewards

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $124,900.00 - $190,450.00 / annually.
