The Role

As Senior Manager, GTM FP&A, you will be the analytical lead supporting our GTM teams. You will be responsible for forecasting and planning for revenue, influencing the underlying operating levers that drive our performance. This person will use data to provide insight to the business and recommend actions to improve our GTM activities, including developing processes to drive sales velocity, minimizing customer friction, and optimizing our pricing & packaging. You will also oversee the expenses of our GTM teams and be a trusted advisor on how to drive performance improvement, new investments, or decisions that impact our cost structure. This role reports to the VP FP&A with visibility to senior leaders across the organization.

 

What You'll Do

  • Build and develop a robust and accurate ARR model, including drivers and details spanning from trials and conversions to customer segments and key verticals
  • Ensure all key SaaS metrics are clearly defined and consistent across all teams and reporting systems
  • Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure marketing, acquisition, conversion, and spend are aligned with overall GTM strategy
  • Partner with Sales Operations on compensation plan design, quota and capacity plan setting
  • Lead the annual planning process with key stakeholders, aligning GTM initiatives with operational details that are integrated with the company plan
  • Forecast and manage the expenses for the GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial results with a narrative on variances to plan, key performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Challenge the status quo and drive insights to improve existing GTM operations
  • Ensure data accuracy and measure KPIs such as contribution profit, LTV/CAC, and overall efficiency by product, customer segment, and verticals

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience working in high-growth environments, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills
  • Be curious about understanding our product
  • Extensive experience in building subscription revenue models at a SaaS company
  • Outstanding executive presentation skills, explaining key drivers in consumable formats
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset; positive can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and urgency for achieving results

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below.  Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.

Pay Range

$138,754—$208,131 USD
