Job Title: Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Primary ownership of reporting for the Board of Directors and external investors, including financial narrative development, in-depth understanding of business drivers, and establishing best in class data packages for external consumption
• Manage Cuts financial processes such as month-end reporting and variance analysis, forecasting, budget planning, annual planning
• Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
• Streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders and enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
• Support Investor Relations, with a focus on developing the set of data packages used by leadership on a quarterly basis and partnering on creating commentary and talking points to be used externally
• Develop and maintain externally communicated KPIs, including associated research, comparable company analysis, consolidation, data visualization and packaging
• Build, lead and inspire a talented team responsible for providing insights and financial transparency

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
• 7+ years of finance management experience, and/or 4+ years in investment banking / private equity, with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
• Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts
• Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
• Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Open to regular travel to events and other Cuts offices for various offsite and team meetings

Start: ASAP

• Hours: 40 hrs/wk.
• Location: Fully on site – Marina Del Rey 

Pay: $115k - $140k 

Salary range is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Cuts Clothing, Inc.
