The Challenge
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to lead a team of Senior Analysts while continuing to advance our HR Technology solutions. The ideal candidate for this role has a hands-on approach to management and support, paired with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. In this role you will design, develop, and implement global HR Technology process solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability and employee experience. This position will report to the Global HR Technology Director.
What You'll Take On:
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to streamline and enhance business processes.
- Develop new, and advise on current, setups to ensure configurations are working as efficiently as possible.
- Lead enhancement projects end-to-end, including project scoping and planning, identifying requirements and risks, implementation and configuration, and corresponding testing and issue resolution.
- Direct Analysts, assist with project prioritization, and allocate resources to allow your team to successfully build, configure, and resolve complex HR technology problems and to achieve business goals.
- Coach and mentor direct reports to support their growth and development.
- Ensure change management processes are effectively applied.
- 8+ years of experience with HRIS data, systems, and processes specifically, Workday HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence and Security, Payroll a plus.
- 3+ years of HR Technology management.
- Experience leading a team within an HRIS or HRIT function.
- Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Workday across multiple domains.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, adjust as priorities change, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem solving, planning, and execution skills, along with a desire to roll up your sleeves to help deliver and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in London with the ability to commute to the office.
