Job Description
In charge of implementing the global communication Brand strategy this role will execute a robust PR, Influencer & event action plan focused on trustable Science & credible Influence.
Reporting to the VP Global Communication Skincare Prestige Coty & collaborating on a daily basis with the SVP GM Philosophy
A main part would be dedicated to collaborating directly with Coty R&D & Scientific communication team and external Top dermatological experts for customer facing scientific communication including presence of the Brand at international medical symposiums/conferences and development of dedicated PR tools & events.
His / her second mission is to develop on a global level a long term & genuine community of Friends of the Brand - derms; opinion leaders, skinfluencers - to endorse the Brand and engage their micro/macro-communities with focus on Tik Tok, & Instagram for both paid & organic efforts.
The plan will be supported by a strong event strategy - global & local - with focus on US, EMEA & SEA.
Those missions will create a strong resonance for Coty Prestige Skincare brands, on traditional and digital/social communications to drive brand awareness. This role will have direct oversight and be responsible for the tactical execution of online & offline events across markets, oversight of external agencies and vendors, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of Philosophy communication strategy & execute it properly on each touch point in close partnership with the markets
- PR/EPR: daily communication with print & online press for brand/product exposure to help Philosophy to achieve top media ranking in certain category.
- Lead the communication budget with a regular ROI analysis & the right split between the Brand communication pillars
- Develop tools, events & partnerships with the scientific community and medical/dermatological/skin experts in collaboration with Coty R&D
- Select Friends of the Brand and manage their relationships with Philosophy through a robust events plan
- Work closely with the local market teams with regular reporting and approval sessions to facilitate collaboration & to ensure successful execution of strategies.
- Deliver guidelines for local markets and organize regular follow ups with the main markets - US, EMEA & SEA
- Develop new product launch toolkits for skincare, fragrance, bath & body and seasonal launches
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, paid media/procurement/legal/finance, to guarantee the best cost & ROI for each initiative
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Support the development of breakthrough tools and assets to drive coverage, experiential activations, content creation (videos, images, interviews), partnerships
- Analyze the events success and prepare reports
- Maintain in-house top skinfluencers pool for the brand.
- Lead paid and unpaid influencer content needs for social platforms: IG, TikTok, YouTube
- Manage external agency for development of ongoing deliverables and projects

- Must be able to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize appropriately with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Salary Posting Range: $120,000-140,000
