How will you make an impact in this role?

This role is responsible for leading the Lowe's Business Rewards Card. The senior manager will play a meaningful role in supporting the growth of the portfolio by driving product strategy, managing partner relationships, and focusing on how we acquire and engage our customers. The successful candidate will be an energetic, intellectually curious, customer-first analytical thinker with strong project management skills, clear communication, and have a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Be a product champion and subject matter expert for the portfolio
• Manage relationship with key partners at Lowe's
• Own portfolio strategy and driving profitable growth through P&L management
• Optimize prospect and customer experiences by delivering on technical and marketing enhancements
• Lead key strategic projects
• Act as project manager to influence and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Servicing, Risk, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)
• Occasional travel

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Partner Management or related experience
• Strategic thinker, able to convert strategy into clear, actionable tactics and bring initiatives to successful closure
• Strong business and financial acumen and understanding of a P&L
• Experience with managing relationships with external partners, with successful track record of influencing
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive winning strategies
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels
• Strong organization skills with ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize as business needs evolve
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Customer-focused and desire to understand and relate to business owner needs
• Adept in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Product Development or P&L Management experience
• High energy, proactive and solutions oriented with strong positive attitude
• Passion for learning with a creative and growth mindset

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
