We are seeking a multifaceted Senior Manager to join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft and advance our strategy in industrial markets. With a strong customer-centric approach, you will develop initiatives and bring together new business opportunities across the Division. In this role you will report to the Vice President / General Manager for Applied Analytical Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the industrial market, delivering measurable results.
  • Build and implement Go-to-Market strategies and demand generation plans for our divisional product portfolio.
  • Create strategy plans to develop new segments, applications, and solutions/workflows for target segments.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovative thinking and growth across Business Units (BUs).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, application, BUs, and R&D teams to further our applications, workflow and solution offerings.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to nurture key customer relationships to gain market insights.
  • Identify industrial priority areas and develop strategies to gain opportunities.
  • Monitor performance in the industrial market and participate in key planning processes (STRAP, AOP, QBR).
  • Develop the industrial team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field; MBA highly desirable.
  • 5 or more years' experience in market development with a solid understanding of analytical/scientific technology.
  • Proven experience in multiple industrial segments.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and align business objectives within the broader division
  • Passionate about achieving goals and taking initiative to overcome business challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage a team both directly and through influence in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Strong planning, implementation, and measurement capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Consulting experience a plus.
  • Experience in Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry (MS) field a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
