Are you passionate about quality and have a bias for speed? Do you believe in challenging sprints, user stories, continuous integration, regression testing, and traceability matrixes? Do you have a natural curiosity for how things work and what it will take to break them? You will:
- Oversee SDK and component testing
- Manage a team of experienced QA engineers
- Own the quality process and initiatives for the products that are derived.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the software quality, testing, and release process design and implementation.
- Analyze test results to identify issues in the software and work with team members to resolve them.
- Understand existing testing and automation systems and work with them to take advantage of latest techniques and technologies.
You will need to bring:
- Previous team lead/ people management experience
- Strong problem solving, analytical, trouble-shooting and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English, especially when it comes to taking technically complex concepts, and translating these into written form that even non-technical individuals can understand.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- A passion for user-focused design & high quality technology
- Familiarity with the agile methodology and continuous integration (i.e. nightly built and release).

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Enterprise grade Secure Browser on mobile devices
- iOS experience is mandatory for this role
- Experience of testing SSL websites, Certificates and authentication protocols - NTLM and Kerberos.
- Experience in Web server set up and deploying web pages with various authentication schemes.
- Proficiency with one or more of the following: Cocoa, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Objective-C, C#, iOS SDK, Android SDK, other mobile SDKs
- Experience with writing, deploying, and troubleshoot Pearl or Python scripts
- Experience with Automation Framework and deploying automation test runs
- Experience with writing automation test cases and debugging test cases (Java)
- Experience testing highly scalable enterprise client-server software.
- Experience with blackbox, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with Test Case Management Tools including ApTest Manager.
- Experience with Defect Tracking Tools including JIRA
It would be great if you could bring some of the following:
- Knowledge about troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, fiddler
- Understanding of key protocols such as Http, https, TCP/IP, telnet, UDP, SMTP etc.
- Proficient in White-Box and Black-Box testing techniques
- Experience in one of the following platforms: iOS, Android, Mac OS X. Multiple platforms
- Comprehensive analysis of technical issues, such as:
- System performance analysis
• Design for Testability
• Root-cause analysis of issues regardless of source (hardware, system, or software)
• Be able to perform log analysis to get root cause of customer issues
