Senior Manual Tester - Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manual Tester to oversee the testing processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external vendors, to ensure quality standards are met
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (functional, regression, performance)
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
• Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide training and mentorship to junior QA team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Data Cloud
• Proven knowledge of source to target data mappings
• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment

• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
