We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to conduct comprehensive studies on digital commerce and payments in emerging markets. This professional will contribute to the annual Beyond Borders report with interviews, data analysis, data visualization, and market insights, as well as develop internal studies on industry trends and merchant insights to shape EBANX roadmap for the future.
Success will be measured by the quality and impact of the studies they conduct, the accuracy and insightfulness of their data analysis, the creation of insightful dataviz, collaboration with other teams, and their capacity to develop and implement strategic content distribution plans that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on digital commerce and payment trends in emerging markets;
• Contribute to external and internal reports by leading interviews, analyzing data, and developing data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of insights and strategies;
• Create and implement strategic content distribution plans to disseminate market intelligence findings to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Monitor and report on industry developments, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences;
• Experience in conducting interviews and writing in English;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights;
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment;
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
