About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications professional to join our high-performing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology and a proven ability to create compelling content that fuels demand generation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in developing marketing content strategies that attract, engage, and convert prospects, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

Marketing Content Strategy:

• Develop and execute demand generation content strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across various channels.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to create content that supports lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts.

Lead Generation Asset Creation:

• Produce the written material for high-quality content assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to serve as effective assets for lead generation.
• Craft engaging and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages interaction.

Campaign Support:

• Work closely with the Demand Generation team to integrate content into marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and target audience segments.
• Develop content for email campaigns, landing pages, social, and other campaign collateral.

SEO:

• Optimize content for search engines to enhance discoverability and organic traffic generation.
• Stay current on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content creation.

Analytics and Optimization:

• Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to track the impact of content on demand generation KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• From 5+ years of proven experience as a content writer/specialist with a focus on demand generation strategy and execution in the B2B technology sector, preferably Supply Chain.
• Strong portfolio of work examples and ability to participate in a writing test(s) as part of the interview process.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a content calendar.
• Strong understanding of demand generation concepts and strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of buyer personas.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Wrike and HubSpot.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach,
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
