About the Position:

Join Upfield’s Violife Professional team in London as the Senior Marketing Manager for the UKI region. Reporting to the Head of Violife Professional - Northern Europe, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and executing the marketing strategy for Violife across Foodservice and Food Manufacturing customers, driving strategic growth and enhancing Violife’s position in the plant-based nutrition sector.

Role Purpose:

Leverage the dynamic Foodservice channel to achieve growth ambitions, developing product/service solutions that enhance customer business performance and profitability. You’ll drive value and sustainable growth for Upfield and our customers, formulating clear recommendations to optimize business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Violife Professional UKI, focusing on digital, e-commerce, and innovation across key channels and customers.
• Lead the mentoring and management of marketing colleagues within the UKI Marketing community.
• Create creative briefs for agencies, manage innovation projects, and ensure alignment with customer and operator needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical/QA teams, and external partners to deliver successful sales initiatives, maintaining excellent stakeholder management.

What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?

• Senior-level marketing experience in the food/foodservice industry, with a passion for food and plant-based nutrition.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, with a creative yet commercially savvy mindset.
• Exceptional relationship management, strategic planning skills, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios.
• A self-starter, highly motivated to operate autonomously and bring key stakeholders along on the customer journey.
