Job Description

Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, MTM, Ergonomic, Line Design, MPH, Simulation Tools, Cost Analysis, Value Stream, etc...)

Ensure right process in terms of Capacity & Utilization, Quality & Cost of production lines and equipment, to ensure right Delivery and more Productivity from the factory, while cross coaching to improve the Knowledge, Skill, Capabilities and Efficiency of Team Members.

  • Driving performance .
  • To lead and deploy all manufacturing processes in compliance to LEAN and SPS
  • To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program
  • Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve target

  • Implementing SPS system.
  • Ensure enough Capacity & Utilization for production lines and equipment from peak production quantity forecast of year using CAMA, LADM and MPH analysis.
  • Optimize control by Poka Yoke / Jidoka in all cells by improving Process Quality.
  • Ensure Productivity on DLP Saving by Design Time Reduction Projects, KD Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Assessment and Process Design Improvement.
  • Ensure the qualification of new projects and new processes to have a smooth running.
  • Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure the activity and all products comply to Safety, Quality, Health and Environmental requirements. Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement.
  • Maintain a disciplined process to ensure processes, procedures, equipments, visual, jig/fixtures, etc. are available to support production activities per the schedule.

Execute ME functions according to the business objectives and policies & procedures. Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions. Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap and poor yields due to manufacturing related defects.

Qualifications

Education :

Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics)

Job Related Experience:

At least 5-6 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Minimum 5 years experience on similar position

Business Understanding :

Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept

Technical Skill
  • Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change

  • Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes

  • Strong communication skill, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate.
  • Unwilling to accept failure
  • Team player, good relationship with Regional team and Engineers.

  • Fluent in oral and written English.
