We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead the development, customization, and integration efforts of our Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM systems and robust experience in the .NET framework to enhance user interactions and streamline business operations.

• Lead the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM using advanced Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript techniques
• Design and implement robust solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment utilizing Power Automate
• Write optimized and scalable code in .NET C# while managing complex Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Facilitate end-to-end solutions deployment using Azure DevOps / Git for sophisticated code repositories management
• Architect and execute integration strategies of Dynamics CRM with third-party systems using Web APIs
• Direct project teams in analyzing requirements to design and deploy functional solutions
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing Dynamics 365 applications
• Troubleshoot and provide expert resolutions for complex issues in Dynamics 365 CRM applications
• Advocate for and lead the adoption of new technologies and updates within the Dynamics 365 CRM space

• Extensive experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM including Plugins, Workflows and JavaScript with at least five years in Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Expertise in .NET C# coding with over five years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven track record of managing solutions and complex code repositories using tools like Azure DevOps or Git
• Competency in integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems via sophisticated Web APIs
• Exceptional analytical, design, and communication skills

• Advanced development skills in Canvas Apps and Custom Pages
• Expertise in designing and implementing PCF Controls
• Proficiency in creating and managing Azure functions
