Requirements:

• Quality Assurance Expertise: Extensive experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Testing Methodologies: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Test Case Development: Proficiency in developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Defect Tracking: Experience with defect tracking and management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Cross-Platform Testing: Ability to perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• API Testing: Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Regression Testing: Proficiency in conducting thorough regression testing.
• Performance Testing: Basic knowledge of performance and load testing.
• SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database validation.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

You will work with:

• Test Planning: Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Test Execution: Perform thorough manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure product quality.
• Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using defect management tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Quality Metrics: Analyze test results and track quality metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
