We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead a team in migrating our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta. Responsibilities

• Contribute and lead a team of back-end developers to successfully migrate our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta
• Design, develop, and implement back-end solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the migration process
• Optimize system performance and scalability to handle increased traffic and data volumes
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection regulations
• Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and testing plans

• 3+ years of extensive experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on architecture design and design patterns
• Proven expertise in Forgerock and Okta identity management systems
• In-depth understanding of design principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in English language
