Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our on-premise and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience with designing and migrating cloud networks, and a deep understanding of Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, and Palo Alto firewalls.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
• Participate in projects involving migration from on-premise to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN and Cisco ISE
• Monitor network infrastructure and performance using tools such as LogicMonitor
• Participate in after hours on-call rotation
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and provide technical support and guidance to IT staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering, with RECENT focus on cloud technologies
• In-depth knowledge of DNS protocols, including DNSSEC, DNS caching, and DNS-based load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking services (e.g., VPC, Route 53, Azure Networking).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
