Experience
• Over 10 years’ experience configuring and managing Routers, Switches, NGFW
• At least 5 years’ experience on cross regions infrastructure architecture involving network, servers (physical, VM farm) storage integrating with monitoring & backup solution.

Qualifications

• Cisco, CCNP Enterprise
• Palo Alto Networks Certified, PCNSE
• Fortinet Network Certified, NSE
• VMware Certified Professional

Responsibilities
• 24x7 on call standby.
• Weekly onsite change request implementation during non-office hours at customer premises or data centre.
• Administration and maintenance of the customer network infrastructure.
• To plan, test and execute network related changes/tasks.
• Communicate with customer to troubleshooting of issues related to network.
• Participate different projects to implement customer network infrastructure.

Skills.
• Proficient in analysing complex business issues and handling multifaceted problems/projects.
• Ability to create & present complex infrastructure into a low level diagram.
• An adept problem-solver and critical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in network devices (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5) administration.
• Proficient in VM infrastructure (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure/ AWS) administration.
• Proficient on Storage & SAN (Brocade Switch, Hitachi storage) administration.

Communications:
Customer facing role
Good communication proficiency in English and Cantonese.
