OVERVIEW

CoStar Group is currently looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our Richmond VA or Washington DC office focusing on our LoopNet.com brand. Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task in order to meet the demands of working with a large paid search account in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.

This position will work with our in-house paid search marketing team to optimize campaigns in Google and MSN, and will be responsible for communicating results to various departments and managers within the corporation.

The successful candidate should be highly analytical and a confident self-starter responsible for day-to-day management of our accounts. The role requires the ability to measure the effects that campaign changes have on impressions, clicks and other conversion metrics, and to articulate those results in management reports.

Core Responsibilities

• Day to day management of paid search campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy writing and testing, bid management and landing page optimizations
• Ongoing paid search optimization, targeting improvements, and keyword expansion efforts.
• Create and maintain reporting to demonstrate results and track performance over time.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors including Google and Microsoft.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of paid search marketing experience including hands on experience working with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Prior management of large scale (100K+) keyword portfolios with large paid search budgets
• Experience with Google Analytics, proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Knowledge and experience of best practices for managing paid search marketing campaigns with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive thinker, with a desire to deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills - able to interface across the organization to define projects and access data required to complete projects.
• Copywriting experience and landing page optimization experience.
