Guild is hiring a Senior People Systems Analyst. This hands-on technical role works within our People Operations team and is responsible for crafting, developing, testing, implementing, and ongoing administration of Guild’s Core HCM functionality. 

The Senior People Systems Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for the People team and consults with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term systems planning. You will collaborate with domain experts on systems selection, integrations, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements. You will be responsible for leading systems projects including business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, and communication.

As Senior People Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership and process expertise to People team and business collaborators
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to improve efficiency and accuracy by eliminating many manual processes
  • In partnership with Business Systems, responsible for People Systems implementations, updates, and enhancements including data integration with upstream and downstream systems
  • Ensures the proper use and understanding of People data and metrics; ensures data integrity within our People Systems; develops system procedures and guidelines to drive consistency
  • Design, configure, and test ADP functionality, system upgrades, integrations, and business processes, with a proven focus on efficiency, data privacy, and user experience
  • Build new fields in ADP, upload data, and ensure appropriate data flows between systems and transmissions
  • Fix and resolve system problems with reporting, integrations, business processes, and other configurations
  • Build and maintain a repository of sophisticated custom reports as needed by the People team and the business partners
  • Runs reports in ADP on an as-needed basis, including ongoing reports for other groups and systems and as requested by the business
  • Conduct periodic audits of data in the ADP system, ensuring the integrity of data and ongoing system performance

  • Excellent time management skills with a demonstrable ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Competencies:

  • Previous experience with Total Rewards
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Culture Amp, Learning 360, Visier, and other People tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $90,000-$108,000, as well as company stock options.
