What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and driving cost savings.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

Purchase Order Management:

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Inventory Management:

• Establish and maintain optimal stock levels for each item (safety stock, minimum order quantity).
• Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for optimization.

Supply Chain Vision and Optimization:

• Analyze the entire supply chain to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

ERP System Management:

• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain up-to-date BOMs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with quality, engineering, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and coordinate activities.

• Experience with Netsuite (Oracle)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Demand Planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Resolutive and proactive
• Able to withstand high levels of pressure
• Dynamic and adapt to changes
• Fluent English
