Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a blend of hands-on UI/UX experience and design direction. As a senior level designer, you will assist us with analyzing our business needs and designing delightful user interfaces and experiences that will captivate and engage our customers.

You will be the customer's voice as you collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, Data Intelligence, and solution partners to build compelling products. You will solve problems with cross functional partners in collaborative teams, that enable designers to do their best work. • Discovering insights, opportunities, and requirements
• Ideating concepts then testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Launching experiments and evaluating how they perform and how to iterate
• Presenting your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
• Thinking and writing about your process and document your decisions

As a Leader, You Demonstrate

• A history of owning new, high-impact design initiatives, leading workshops, and effectively aligning the company around a vision and approach
• A track record of leading through ambiguity and designing complex flows and customer journeys
• A keen understanding of what success looks like and know how to execute to launch impactful experience change
• An ability to make use of your soft skills to persuade and build alignment: listening, negotiating, decision-making
• Leadership and mentorship to other designers who seek out your expertise

• Have advanced skills in user centered design thinking and problem solving (strategy and definition documents, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, personas, usability evaluation, user research, user testing etc.)
• Effectively articulate your ideas and design solutions
• Express feedback with kindness and candor

Base Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
