About The Role 🤔

This role is pivotal in defining the future of Web3 gaming. You'll spearhead the design and implementation of incentives and rewards programs aimed at driving user engagement and benefiting both Immutable and our games. Your work will be fundamental to Immutable reaching 100 million users, and the intelligence that you bring to the problem will give you a competitive advantage in the industry.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮 :

• Collect and deliver insights that will help drive product and design decisions
• Lead the discovery process for new products and features to support an evolving agile product
• Create workflows, diagrams and designs to illustrate the user’s journey through the experience
• Communicate design purposes and facilitate the team’s empathy for our customers’ needs
• Design inputs and customer validation for Immutable X trading products
• Help shape the future of how people can comfortably and accessibly take part in new economies without needing to be crypto experts
• Gather intelligence, create concepts, test and validate with an emphasis on Lean UX and Data-Driven design

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝 :

• Experience as a Product Designer for digital products, ideally in startup environments or innovation sectors
• Experience with end-to-end product development
• A digital portfolio showcasing your design approach to solving a problem
• You will have a strong understanding of Behavioural Psychology/Economics, Persuasive design, and/or game design
