General Summary: 

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of Alleviate’s primary client-focused solutions and user interfaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, as we are building a new team and the majority of your co-workers will be new or yet to be hired. You will help set the culture, processes, and working style for a new scrum team and grow it into multiple teams.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Location: In-Office, 3 days per week (Irvine, CA). Remote possibility for the ideal candidate with the occasional requirement to travel to our office.
Salary Range:  

  • $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses

Essential Duties:

  • Lead the development of the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs 

  • Communicate consistently with key stakeholders and executive leadership 

  • Spearhead efforts to continue development on the online account and online customer funnel initiatives for the organization 

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement 

  • Help build a strong culture for a new scrum team and provide unified vision 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, servicing, and legal to drive product development from concept to launch 

  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, feature definition, design, development, testing, and release 

  • Establish key metrics and performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement 

  • Execute successful launches of products and tracking of and reporting on success metrics post launch 

  • Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and feature enhancements 

  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence 

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for product excellence, customer focus, and continuous learning 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the financial services industry, preferably in debt settlement or related fields 

  • Experience working in a highly regulated field such as Fin-Tech, financial services, banking, or healthcare; experience operating with awareness of regulatory requirements and considerations 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business results 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels 

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to challenge the status quo 

  • Proven experience building customer-facing online account platforms
