Fi is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Subscriber Retention!
Join our high performing team at Fi, where you will lead initiatives focused on retaining our growing subscriber base for our smart dog collar product. This role is critical to enhancing customer loyalty and maximizing lifetime value. We’re a small mission-driven team that believes in empowered product leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies tailored to our mobile and consumer subscription products, with a particular focus on D2C.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving subscriber retention.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to create seamless, impactful user experiences that enhance subscriber engagement.
- Create and manage compelling product roadmaps that align with company goals and drive cross-functional team efforts.
- Continuously optimize the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term retention, using data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Lead the development and launch of features that directly impact subscriber retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong emphasis on subscriber retention and mobile consumer products.
- Deep understanding of consumer subscription models and the levers that can be used to improve revenue through product initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving subscriber retention. SQL skills are a huge plus.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful consumer-facing features in a B2C environment, ideally with D2C or hardware components.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise product specifications and effectively communicate with design and engineering teams.
- Passionate about building products that create lasting value for subscribers and the business.
