Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively position Solutions by Text in the market and drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with sales, product management, marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, market positioning and launch strategies.

Position Objectives

In this role, you will: 

• Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning for personas, segments, products and competitors
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Create shareable collateral such as pitch decks, one sheets, case studies, videos, ROI calculators, proposal templates and business case templates.
• Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.
• Bring new products (Tier 1) to market by driving cross-functional alignment and internal readiness; drive adoption through targeted GTM campaigns.
• Partner with sales enablement to deliver effective training for personas, pricing, products, verticals and market landscape.
• Foster a meaningful relationship with product. Maintain deep understanding of current product, roadmap and competitive landscape. Ensure all PMM work is guided with intimate knowledge of the product and use cases.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging
• Ability to influence cross-functionally
• Results driven, detail-oriented with a bias for action
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
