Job Summary
Beeswax, acquired by FreeWheel, created the Bidder-as-a-Serviceβ’ concept because we believe that every advertiser should have power, flexibility, and transparency when buying advertising programmatically. Summary The Senior Programmatic Trader will be a fundamental part of the Beeswax Managed Service team, which ensures that some of our most strategic customers achieve success on our platform by managing their campaign operations and optimizations. As a Senior Programmatic Trader, your day-to-day will consist of campaign setup, creative trafficking, troubleshooting, analyzing reporting, and finding answers to some of our clients' most complex questions. The Senior Programmatic Trader is also expected to assist Account Management in helping those customers with their in-housing efforts by communicating and documenting best practices used by our team. In addition to contributing to external documentation, this role is also expected to regularly contribute to our internal documentation.

Core Responsibilities
- Become a product and domain expert in programmatic buying on the Beeswax platform
- Operate and optimize your book of campaigns to achieve stated goals
- Devise data-driven tactics, strategies, and frameworks for optimization for new campaigns
- Work with Account Management and Sales to develop achievable campaign goals
- Provide ongoing feedback to our Product and Account Management teams to improve our offerings of scalable solutions
- Provide training and education for both internal and external teams on process, platform, and optimization best practices.
- Analyze, understand, create, define, document, iterate on Programmatic Trading processes and/or tools.
- Communicate directly with clients as needed to support Account Management and Sales teams.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years working in digital Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, or a related position, at either of the following: SSP, DSP, Agency Trade Desk, Ad Network, Publisher
- Experience with SQL
- Willingness to challenge status-quo and provide ideas for continuous process and product improvement
- Understands programmatic standards and specifications (i.e. VAST, OpenRTB)
- Ability to regularly collaborate across functions in pursuit of joint goals and objectives
- Ability to be adaptable, independent, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills; comfort engaging with varied audiences both written and verbally
- A strong sense of ownership for problem solving
- An attitude of continuous learning and investment in bettering themselves and exploring new operating concepts
- A self-starting, proactive, "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality to get the job done
- Skill in building trust with teams and individuals (both local and remote) through effective interpersonal skills and action-oriented execution
Additional, desired qualifications
- Experience working with Python and APIs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, JIRA, Aha! And Confluence
- Background in Advertising Technology (AdTech)
- Experience working with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and/or KPI frameworks

Salary:
National Pay Range: $57,391.05 USD-$134,510.27 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
