Senior Python Developer

We are actively searching for an experienced Lead Python Developer to replicate Java API functionalities and craft new Python modules for forthcoming features in our organization.
This role requires adherence to high coding standards, performing testing, and undertaking documentation to guarantee seamless operations and the scalability of offered software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Replicate functionality of Java API controller through open-source Python modules
• Craft Python modules catering to the new functionalities as defined by project requirements
• Conduct comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold code quality
• Generate clear and concise Readme documentation for the setup and onboarding processes
• Sustain code cleanliness and clarity via proper inline documentation

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python development, possessing over 5 years of experience
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Background in Java API development and the process of translating Java to Python
• Familiarity with open-source development principles
• Understanding of superior practices in software development
• Skills in unit and integration testing with suitable frameworks
