Our products are designed to make it easier for our customers to manage the complexity of employee benefits & HR including benefits administration, employee onboarding and much more. Employee Navigator is the leading broker-centric benefits administration and HR platform in the US serving over 175,000 companies. Â
We’ve been named one of the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces six years running…. including during the pandemic! Come join us and help us continue the tradition as well as start new ones!
About the Role
Our QA team is highly knowledgeable in the capabilities and complexities of our product, the insurance domain and the risks and challenges associated with it. You will be trained in the insurance industry ecosystem to help you understand our users’ daily workflows and processes and incorporate that into designing test plans and test cases that best represent our users’ core operations. Â
Our teams work on a diverse feature set ranging from UI/UX modernization, complex enrollment calculations to data transmission to partners using APIs and data exchange files. You will be testing these feature sets for correctness, completeness, and consistency. You will be required to think cross-functionally to ensure different parts of our application work together as we continue to enhance and build upon our existing features.Â
Our software development teams are highly collaborative. You will work with Product and Engineering to review and define the feature being built and use questioning techniques to lead discussions about quality risks and gaps. Through this process you will learn not just what we are building but also how and why we are building it to understand the impact of the changes being made and what it means when something stops working. Â
Continuous learning and improvement are extremely important to us. You will have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to our bi-weekly “Lunch and learn” sessions designed to promote career development and team bonding.Â
