Senior Quality Architect

Role Overview:

As Senior Quality Architect, you ensure the product meets top performance, reliability, and security standards. With the product’s increasing complexity, especially its cloud integration, your role is crucial in maintaining strict quality across all components. You will lead cross-functional coordination, refine testing strategies, and drive continuous improvement through advanced testing and automation. You will manage the entire quality process, maintaining consistent product performance as cloud services expand. Working closely with teams, you will streamline testing and ensure stability, with direct involvement across all SDLC stages from planning to post-deployment.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

• You will streamline testing strategies across teams to ensure a consistency of quality standards or practices across all product components.

• You will help team to implement robust test automation and product performance monitoring to tackle scalability and reliability challenges while driving continuous quality improvements through advanced testing methodologies.

• You will oversee quality processes throughout all SDLC phases, establishing review and approval mechanisms for designs, code, test cases, and releases.

• You will develop, modify, and execute software test plans, analyze and writes test standards and procedures, and review test results to ensure functionality, recommending corrective actions as needed.

• You will enforce quality governance through regular audits, ensuring compliance with Jira and PractiTest standards while promoting consistent use of these tools for traceability.

• You will gain in-depth knowledge of the product to identify quality gaps, setting and monitoring team goals focused on early defect detection and unit test coverage. You will maintain hands-on involvement in all SDLC phases, supporting escalations and investigating issues from customer feedback and partner testing.

• You will work with Program Managers to ensure full adoption of Scrum practices, fostering discipline in adhering to quality processes and driving continuous improvements.

About you

• You should have 14 to 18 years of overall experience, including 10+ years in leading product quality.

• Expertise in Windows Technologies and along with experience on Python, different cloud platforms like AWS, and automated testing frameworks, is essential.

• A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to consistently deliver high-quality products is crucial.

• You should possess strong skills in Windows platform, automation, testing strategies, and advanced testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, PractiTest, and Python is required to ensure streamlined processes and quality governance.
