The Sr Enhanced Rep will be responsible for providing an enhanced level of service for United Therapeutics. In this critical role, the rep will interact with various contacts which may include healthcare providers, insurance companies, and HUB or pharmaceutical manufacturer contacts. The rep will leverage their knowledge of specialty pharmacy claims and adjudication processes to potentially uncover alternate coverage options for United Therapeutics patients.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Specialty Pharmacy Operations experience including experience with Specialty therapies and health products.
• Driven to serve as an advocate for patients and their families
• Deep understanding of pharmacy processes and workflow
• Experience with prescription drug benefits and major medical billing as well as financial support offerings
• Ability to communicate complex drug coverage benefits to patients, caregivers and other key stakeholders
• Superior listening and communication skills with the ability to identify, define and clearly convey drug access issues
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple patient accounts
• Facilitate cross departmental communication when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
