Principle Duties and Responsibilities (7 ±2 items)
- Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives
-Build and establish relationships with key decision markers to grow sales and share in the Dental Implant market
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business growth opportunities; develop/execute sales and budgeting plans
-Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of ZimVie's instruments and products in surgeries
-Work with Operations/Distributors to ensure the delivery of complete instrument and implant to customer/operating theatre
-Conduct product training/workshops
- Actively participate in product training/workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques
-Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers
- Show leadership and guidance in interaction with junior sales reps, with view of being groomed to be a future segment leader.
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., Education, experience, knowledge, skills and credentials)
-Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
-Strong focus to drive sales
-Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
-General surgical/Dental knowledge, with Dental implant an added bonus.
-Desire to lead changes and create new opportunities.
