You are part of our Salesforce expert team and develop innovative and performant solutions on the force.com platform. You collaborate with our consultants and work in interdisciplinary project teams.

• The experienced, hands-on Senior Salesforce Engineer focuses on delivering technical and functional software solutions
• Provide strategic direction with a significant depth of technical experience in Salesforce architecture
• Provide technical expertise on Salesforce projects and participate in solution discussions, estimates, release planning and code reviews
• Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
• Participate in discovery workshops with key stakeholders to understand strategic business goals, needs, processes and current use of the platform, and any other customer-centric data and processes not currently on SFDC
• Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an Agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code on a frequent basis
• Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
• Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities based on business requirements and solution design

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex (min. 4 years)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• You can setup and enforce code quality standards using Git and/or other version control systems
• Understands the use of JSON and XML and is able to create interfaces using those protocols
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL-like languages
• You can break down requirements and propose solutions to fulfill those requirements
• You can consult the client in a technical capacity and present the advantages and risks of a particular solution
• You have worked in small to medium-sized teams before and with agile project methodologies
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Heroku or other CRM providers is taken as an advantage
• Experience with Webservices and interfaces (REST and SOAP)
• Experience with common IDEs and tools, such as Visual Studio Code
• Up to date with current web technologies backend and frontend
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• A great team player
