Job Location: Irvine, California

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $138,195/yr.

Job Duties: Participate in project design sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and assists in the deployment of the SAP based solution (Global Template) for the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes for Wholesale distribution Industry. Perform full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout and upgrades. Perform troubleshooting ABAP programs. Work in the areas of FI and MM invoice entry, Variances, Tolerances, Evaluated Receipt Settlement, payment program, Workflow, Vendor Master and vendor classification, and Tax determination module. Participate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, configurational rational, test plans and test scrips. Work on major SAP Purchase-to-Pay projects or enhancements in the Payables areas. Partner with business owners to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectives. Support all aspects of the project lifecycle from requirements, design, integration testing and deployment. Define test scenarios, test scripts, and execute testing. Define conversion objects, data mapping and validation exercises, and data conversion activities. Adhere to project priorities and deadlines and proactively communicate risks and/or issues that may impact project objectives, budgets, or timelines. Follow PMO guidelines for project delivery and methodology and assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Contribute to the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies. Utilize experience with:1. Requirements gathering, leading workshops, gaining consensus, defining solution designs that meet business goals, and documentation. 2. Data governance framework design including designing data standards, processes, organization, policies, developing roadmaps for design and execution, and operationalizing frameworks for large organizations. 3. Full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, upgrades, SAP ECC 6.0 and S4 1909, troubleshooting ABAP programs, and IDOCs, Workflows. 4. Using SAP OSS, Solutions Manager. 5. Integration experience with SAP OTC (Order to Cash), SAP SCE (Supply chain Execution), and SAP Finance. 6. SAP functional and configuration in Material Management (MM), Master data Governance (MDG), Logistics (LO), and Production Planning (PP) module. 7. SAP S4 HANA conversion with Procurement, Logistics and Master data Governance. 8. VISTEX solutions, services, methodologies, and tools. 9. SAP Price Protection. 10. EDI and Idoc including Interface of Procurement and Inventory activities between SAP and Non-SAP System. 11. SAP tools including SAP Query, Idoc, Workflow, BAPI, Migration Programs, LSMW, Solution Manager ChaRM, and HPQC. Telecommuting/work from home is permissible within commutable distance.
