Department Overview

The Video Security and Access Control (VS&A) SAP team collaborates with the business functions to improve and expand information systems that ultimately provide better customer service, improved supply chain and manufacturing capabilities and auditable world class financial reporting.
Job Description

The VS&A IT Team is looking for a Senior SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing Solutions Architect capable of working across IT, Finance and Supply Chain to support the tools enabling the fastest growing brands within the portfolio. You will work closely with our SAP business users to design and deliver projects and enhancements to the existing SAP S4 system ensuring its ability to scale and support the aggressive growth plan forecasted.

We are looking for a candidate who is both technically capable and experienced but is also a true stakeholder-focused business partner who brings their passion to enabling their internal partners to succeed. The successful candidate will have functional expertise in SAP and will form part of

a core team of functional specialists responsible for the specification, configuration, testing and support of an organization-wide SAP system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders and executives across business units to develop and support business processes

  • Interpret business requirements and write functional specifications (including WRICEF) that are clear and well understood

  • Act as liaison with functional and technical staff to find creative solutions to complex problems

  • Working with cross functional SAP team members on integrated designs

  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts that are traceable to documented requirements

  • Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management

  • Maintain documentation and updates; analyze lessons learned and share knowledge with team members

  • Contribute to project initiatives and support activities

  • Train super users

Qualifications:

  • Strong business facing experience in a SAP SCM Support / Project role (Minimum 8 years)

  • Collaborative team player; Ability to work effectively with peers, senior IT leaders and key stakeholders to strategize, plan, coordinate and resolve problems

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; Able to build strong and successful long-term working relationships, 

  • Expertise/strong working knowledge across the following SAP modules - MM, LE, WM, PP, QM

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing/production processes

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required

  • Good knowledge of the following from a SAP functional perspective(but not limited to):

    • Procure to pay process, Release strategies, Pricing procedures, 3rd party procurement, Vendor evaluations, Physical count, Subcontracting, Special procurement types, Account assignments, Custom movement types

    • Shipping and purchase EDI setup, Stock transfer process, ATP, Shipping point determination, HU management; packaging, Delivery process, Freight costing

    • MRP (Including SOP process), Requirement types/classes, Discrete manufacturing, BOM, Routing etc., data set up including Engineering change management, PP-Costing, PP-WM integration

    • Warehouse system design, Picking/Put away strategies, WM physical count, Labeling; print setup, WM-IM / QM / PP integration, Movement types, RF custom screens

    • Inspection type set up; Origin, QM catalogs, Master data set up like inspection plan, MICs etc.

    • Serial number profiles, experience of data conversion tools like LSMW, Setting up batch jobs, Output configuration, Integration with non-SAP systems, User status profiles

    • Classification and Batch management set up

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Solution manager

  • Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations

  • Hands on experience in building standard SAP queries

  • Good understanding of BI reporting

  • Prior experience with Fiori Apps and Supplier portal integrations

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
