Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Design, test, and implement state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conduct risk assessment and provide recommendations for application design. Provide technical engineering and support for client, server, and network hardware. Scale security operations work across the organization by utilizing agile development and maintenance of automation script/tools. Develop custom platform integrations, data correlation, and processing strategies to reduce security risk across the enterprise. Provide subject matter expertise for deployment and integration of various security software tools. Utilize matter and new Information security concepts and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving organization. Work cross functionally with multiple teams to establish new processes and improve existing security.

Applicant must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
  • Software architecture, design and development;
  • Automating regular processes, scheduling upgrades, and assisting with delivery issues using monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace and Splunk;
  • Programming languages, including Python, Java, Go, Groovy, Javascript, Bash, PowerShell and Shell scripting;
  • RESTful API Services;
  • Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, systems automation, security, and migrating workloads to container-based deployments;
  • AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, EKS, or ECR deployments;
  • Azure DevOps and AKS;
  • Development and deployment automation tools;
  • Jenkins, Chef, or Puppet;
  • Terraform for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure safely and efficiently;
  • Develop/execution of automated scripts using Microsoft custom .NET framework in Visual Studio VSTS; and
  • Managing Web Servers and troubleshooting the .NET applications thru Advanced IIS tracing techniques.
