What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Senior SharePoint/Web Developer to support our federal government customers. You will develop, modify, and maintain Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.

More About the Role:

  • Develop Portal Solutions by:

    o collecting requirements and information needs;

    o conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; and .

    o analyzing work processes to develop workflows, data usage; test; debug, deploy, and maintain solutions.
  • Research, design, develop, modify, and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 SharePoint tools.
  • Design, develop, modify, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily maintenance of sites and applications.
  • Develop Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment.
  • Maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.
  • Support/interface with customers via face to face, telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.
  • Limited oversight from manager. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
  • Work site will primarily be at the employee's home site. Occasionally the employee may need to work at the customer site or a CACI office.
  • Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with a home site office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods. Work may sometimes be on the customer office site in an active industrial environment that may require walking long distances carrying backpack filled with work materials.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of applicable experience, to include a minimum 3 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
  • Recognized subject matter expert.
  • Experience with the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
  • Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
  • Experience in migrations from SharePoint Classic to Modern experience leveraging Power Automate and Power Platform Canvas Apps.
  • Willingness and ability to experiment and innovate new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to perform successfully both independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.
  • Proficient in client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, HTML, HTML5, and CSS with Responsive Design.
  • Experience in client-side development SharePoint Framework custom extensions and webparts.
  • Experience with web services and REST.
  • Experience working with relational data model-based applications.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts and workflow creation and XML.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $82,100-$172,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
