Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and work closely with the Platform division.
In this crucial role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in enabling both internal and external customers to consume desktop applications and services seamlessly from a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize pipelines using Azure DevOps for environment configurations and application deployments
• Advance automation processes using Python, bash, and PowerShell to reduce toil
• Enhance system reliability and efficiency by leveraging expertise in monitoring tools such as GCP Cloud Logging, Grafana, and Azure Logs
• Employ strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to solve complex challenges
• Utilize knowledge of GCP and Azure to ensure smooth operations and system integration
• Contribute to the design and improvement of infrastructure in public cloud environments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Systems Engineer or in a related role
• Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell with proven hands-on experience
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and familiar with setting up continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Background in public cloud infrastructure with specific qualifications in both Azure and GCP
• Competency in monitoring tools, including GCP Cloud Logging, Grafana, and Azure Logs
• Demonstrated SRE knowledge, including an understanding of the importance of toil reduction and automation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure Containers, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and general container technology
• Experience with Windows environments
