Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be leading a newly established highly motivated and skilled team working on a new IBM product focusing on Data Integration capabilities. Drive design and development activities perform code reviews and actively contribute to daily team activities (scrum/stand-up meetings progres checkpoints demo sessions) be able to lead collaboration with different teams and team members across worldwide development organisation participate in customer support activities resolving complex issues and providing assistance to our customers.
Applicants should have prior experience with or be able to master the tools and techniques for building deploying operating and supporting large scale hybrid cloud platforms services and applications based on Kubernetes and DevOps practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and/or JavaScript and/orC/C++
• Proven experience in large software development projects
• Experience with Rest APIs
• Advanced in Linux and Windows shell scripts
• Understanding of cloud services and CI/CD processes
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Understanding of SaaS and micro services security aspects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Modern front-end JavaScript based technologies (React Angular)
• Experience with cloud services from AWS Azure and Google
• Understanding of Agile/scrum
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to organise prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced changing and agile development Environment to meet deadlines
• Leadership skills such as empathy organisation the ability to guide and motivate others and to address the problems They encounter
• Ability to work in complex development environment with development teams spread across the world
