(Senior) Software Engineer

About the Role

Weare looking for a (Senior) Software Engineer to help shape our softwaresolutions in South Korea. You will work on the world's leading cross-platformC++ framework, where you will contribute to developing solutions that make lifeeasy for application developers. Your responsibilities includeefficiently handling support requests, offering technical assistance throughemail and virtual meetings, as well as identifying, troubleshooting, andresolving issues related to Qt. 

You will:

- Work to optimizingapplication development with QtQuick (QML) and QtWidgets.

- Provide optimal Qtcoding solutions for customers.

- Understandtechnical customer requirements and find solutions together with ProductManagement / R&D.

- Workindependently, managing your tasks and projects

- Work on existingcode across the product and on architectural level

- Process supportrequests from prospects and customers who are developers using our Qt framework

About You:

- Knowledge with theC++ & Python programming language

- Knowledge of GUIframeworks

- Experiencedeveloping and debugging software

- Experiencedeveloping cross-platform software 

- Experiencedeveloping applications on desktop OS such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.

- Experience usingand analyzing open sources

- Good written andverbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers

- Qt knowledge is aclear advantage

Beneficialskills:

- Familiarity withthe Qt framework, QML, Qt Widget

- Experiencedeveloping Python applications with PyQt, Pyside

- Project experiencewith Hyudai Motor(ccOS), LG(WebOS)

- Native levelKorean and Good English language skills
