Senior Software Engineer - Integrations - LATAM (Remote)

We plug into a company's cashflow data sources and leverage data science to surface the most impactful actions they can take to optimize their cash flow. Then, we let them implement those actions with the click of a button.

We are developing machine learning algorithms to understand business cash needs, predictive algorithms to forecast future cash flow, and a sleek UI/UX to make our products enjoyable to work with. What you’ll do day-to-day

• Build the foundational system for data ingestion into Tesorio through performant API and flat file integrations to enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs etc)
• Implement operational excellence solutions to ensure Tesorio's integrations have near zero-down time
• Drive evolution of our Integrations architecture to scale with the growth of our business and our data
• Become a subject matter expert of our existing integrations
• Help diagnose customer's integrations related issues with an eye to solving it for the long term
• Tackle a wide variety of technical problems throughout the stack and contribute daily to all parts of our code base

The ideal candidate

• Has 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on integration and 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Has experience working on large-scale data integrations with third parties.
• Significant experience with multiple ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Workday) and the unique technical complexities.
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures, workflows, and business processes, with an ability to optimize data exchanges under ERP best practices.
• Solid understanding of data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems.
• Knowledge of data synchronization strategies, including real-time vs. batch processing.
• Has familiarity with tools/technologies for data orchestration.
• Has expertise and familiarity with Python/Django.
• Ability to lead the technical design of integration projects, including defining project scope and architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Is resourceful and agile, and remains positive in the face of problems
• Empathetic towards colleagues and users
• Expert working with different web tech stacks: libraries, frameworks, testing, etc
• Is Excited about the challenge of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a small and talented team.

Nice to have

• Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience building automated monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the smooth operation of integrations.
• Experience with Django.
• Experience with data encryption, both at rest and in transit.
