Who you are:

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you are our artist, bringing countless creations to life one keystroke at a time. In this role, you will be responsible for the life cycle of system architecture for IT business solutions from planning through delivery and maintenance. Our architects enjoy collaboration, often working with other internal IT business solutions teams to create cross-discipline solutions throughout the organization. More than that, this role is about finding solutions and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design of system architecture and strategy for products at company to ensure that solutions follow all standards and best practices.
• Review business context for solutions to current challenges as well as defining the vision for the solution.
• Interview stakeholders and recommend potential options (which may include RFIs, RFPs, or prototype development).
• Select the most optimal option and develop a roadmap for the selected solution and champion a structured approach to business application solutions.
• Communicate complex design strategies in a concise way to stakeholders and executives and communicate the architecture and road map to the stakeholders.
• Collaborate and coordinate with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Identify the need and recommend security protection technologies required.
• In connection with above duties, utilize experience in ECM/BPM Application Modernization; designing and implementing Cloud Computing solutions using OpenShift, Kubernetes, IBM CloudPak, and AWS platform; data migration/modernization from legacy on-prem to Cloud solution platform; Computer Systems Design and solutioning for Enterprise Content and Business process management using various products such as FileNet, BPM, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator; Business Solutioning architect experience in Cognitive Capture Solutions using Natural and Machine Learning for digitizing the intake processes such as Mailroom operations, fax, and email communications; IBM DataCap, Kofax, RapidCAPTURE applications; and SmartCOMM and MuleSoft design and integration.
• In connection with above duties, utilize experience in leading the ECM/BPM solution designing across multiple clients; ECM & BPM web services implementation using SOA architecture; development experience in SOAP and REST based services and integration; content migration from legacy systems such as Mainframes, Image services to ECM systems; and BPM solutioning and development using Process engine tools.
• In connection with above duties, utilize experience in designing and development of Business Workflow (process maps) in FileNet; Component Manager development and integration; application development using J2EE, Struts framework, ECM APIs, and disaster recovery environment setup.
