Role Overview:

We are eager to find a top-notch Solutions Consultant to support our sales team. This position is directly responsible for conducting prospect discovery calls, drafting and delivering prospect presentations, demonstrating our product, creating proofs of concept and responding to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our product and services inside and out as quickly as possible.
  
• Conduct prospect discovery calls with senior account executives.
  
• Collaborate with senior account executives to create tailored solutions that demonstrate how Envisio supports positive change in the areas of planning, project management, performance management and transparency.
  
• Gather customer feedback to help inform Envisio's product roadmap.
  
• Remain up to date on competitor solutions and assist the marketing and sales enablement teams with keeping competitor battle cards current.
  
• Support the sales team with all technical related queries.
  

Experience/ Expertise

• You have at least 4+ years experience in the public sector as a management analyst or in an innovation, strategic planning, budgeting or performance management role. 
  
• Or you have a passion for public service with a minimum of 4+ years experience as a presale solutions engineer/ consultant or account manager ideally in a SaaS company that supports public sector.
  
• You are a whiz with technology and love learning new SaaS applications.
  
• You are an exceptional communicator, conversationalist and listener. 
  
• You present ideas and concepts in a clean, concise and conversational way that is easily understood.
  
• You are a stickler for details.
