We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Specialist, Control (ORE) to join our Operations Control Management - ORE team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supports multiple, complex Operational Risk Events (ORE) and owns completion timelines
• Manage the ORE lifecycle using the ServiceNow system
• Lead Operational Risk Event research and resolution and assign work to other team members.
• Facilitate meetings with line of business and risk
• Reviews documentation for evidence of successful and efficient performance of control procedures.
• Responsible for reviewing, approving events and Risk and Compliance reviews

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
